BECOMING A GAY INTERNATIONAL (GIO) DIRECTOR AND FRANCHISE OWNER

GIO is seeking Distinctively Exceptional individuals to become partners and be a franchise holder for designated area and countries thoughtout the world. This is an opportunity to create and manage your gay International competions business with unlimited financial opportunity, and conduct other events with all rights under the Gay International Organization.  You have an opportunity to exculsively recurit contestants, stage events and run competions within your desiginated area that leds to the prestiguies Gay International global competition with worldwide exposure and opportunities.

We are a professional organization that prides itself on good moral character for not only our directors but our staff and contestants, as well.  Please note that GIO uses English as its official language for business transactions.  Please ensure that correspondence with our office is done by someone that has knowledge of the english language or utilizes translations software.

Benefits:

GIO, has three kinds of directorship: State, Regional, and National.

A State Director is the director who oversees a state modeling competition or delegation of state contestants. She/He is responsible for mentoring and managing her/his delegates. Search Presenters, holding Gay International Searches, or recruiting events of her/his own, and holding the state competition. She/He is required (suggestedl) to attend the national directors meeting at the international event and is responsible for helping her/his model contestants to prepare and travel to the International Competition.  She/He works under the direction of a Regional or National Director.

A Regional Director oversees three or more states as a state director or may oversee State Directors for some or all of her/his states or additional states beyond the three she/he directs. A Regional Director can only be appointed to this position after being a State Director for more than one year and at the National or International Director’s discretion.

A National Director oversees a national competition for a country in which she/he does business in, lives in, or has duel citizenship.  She/He is responsible for either holding a national competition or overseeing a national delegation of contestants that are required to compete at the upcoming International event.  She/He is required (suggested) to attend the International competition and works under the discretion of the International Director.
