Acceptance is the answer... Our symbol of acceptance is a symbol of society accepting lgbtq+ people as equals through embracing diversity, educating communities, empowering each other. 

GIO defines our symbol to be, you happily and unapologetically living in your truth while accepting that another person, place, thing, or situation is unique within lgbtq+ people in the world.

By sharing your story you can empower others to make a difference in themselves and to know that they are not alone in their journey.

 

GIO staff is looking for LGBTQ+ people who are willing to share their personal story.  Sharing personal stories is a critical way for LGBTQ people to help advance our movement for equality.
